Sintesi della tesi di laurea quinquennale in Architettura discussa a Firenze nell'Anno Accademico 1983 - 1984 da Maria Vittoria Cavina Saporetti all'autorevole presenza del Professor Architetto Vittorio Franchetti Pardo, Relatore Professor Architetto Gian Franco Borsi.Prima di entrare in aula, Borsi disse alla laureanda che la cosa migliore che lui potesse fare per lei era di fingere di non conoscerla e di non essere interessato al contenuto della tesi in discussione. Dopo 35 anni, l'autrice conferma la validità di quel consiglio, ben sintetizzato nel motto BEATA SOLITUDO MEA SOLA BEATITUDO. Ma ringrazia la sua buona sorte, che l'inimicizia esistente fra i due luminari antagonisti sia stata controbilanciata dai ricordi d'infanzia che la cugina di Roma Anna Cuzzer aveva condiviso con Maria Vittoria e che riguardavano anche i gemellini Franchetti Pardo. La memoria, anche in quel caso, aiutò a scegliere la giusta prospettiva e ad affrontare con serenità la prova.
